I'm starting to feel overwhelmed with the sudden explosion of social networking. Serioulsy, I was quite content with facebook. Then came MySpace. I was hesitant. About 3 years later, I caved. Ok, I'm a MySpace fan, and Tom Anderson is kind of hot. So now what? Twitter? What the hell is the point of that? And Yammer? Really? Yammer? Absurdity. Take me back to the days when Facebook was only open to college students, and none of those people from high school that I didn't keep in touch with (most likely for a reason) weren't a mouseclick away, hovering over my profile like hyenas on a fresh carcass, just waiting to misinterpret the next sarastic wall post or status update and turn it into the "She's pregnant!" rumor. Try explaining that one away to your parents...
