People say I am your “basic nice likeable guy.” I have lived in Colorado for the past 5 years and love the splendor and glory of the mountains. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware which is 30 miles south of Philadelphia; I must admit that I DO miss the ocean and the amenities of the big city. But I also love the outdoors and activities that go along with the outdoors. I am a clinical social worker/therapist by profession and currently working with kids and youth in a day treatment setting at our mental health center. When it comes to friendships, I value honesty, friendship, loyalty, communication, mutuality, a great sense of humor and most importantly the ability to have fun! For an intimate relationship, I prize kindness, compassion, communication, a good balance of unselfishness and taking care of one’s self, security, commitment, passion, adventure, and love. I abhor dishonesty, game-playing, addictions, violence and abuse. I also along get along great with kids, teens and animals.

Artistically I am an accomplished guitarist and perform semi-professionally locally here in CO. I perform some original songs but mostly do covers of Beatles, Eagles, Eric Clapton, James Taylor, Billy Joel and other 60’s – 70’s artists. Also do some R&B and blues. I have tried my hand at poetry but not my strength. Physically active and enjoy activities like Frisbee, softball, walking, hiking, road biking and white water rafting. Personally I listen to all types of music, love art and art museums, and enjoy dancing and nights out. That might include a coffee shop, a small music venue or a good restaurant with fine red wine. Also enjoy watching live and televised sports. Evenings at home find me playing the guitar, reading, playing Scrabble and Backgammon, or watching a movie. Favorite genres are action, sci-fi, drama, comedy and some musicals.
